The entire house is built of high quality materials and very stylishly furnished! Enter a spacious hall that provides access to an additional guest house. This apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, sitting area and double bed. Perfect for parents and / or grandparents who value extra privacy during their stay.

The first bedroom is also located next to the hallway. In the cozy living room you can warm up with an atmospheric gas fireplace. A TV and WIFI is available. The living room is in direct connection with the dining room with open kitchen. The living room and dining room are cozy despite to the open connection, because they are separated by a second gas fireplace. Both rooms have direct access to a beautiful terrace and a garden.

The ground floor is equipped with a tiled floor with underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher and Nespresso. In the dining room there is a second hall that gives access to the stairs to the top and a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and nice sauna room. The storage room has a washing machine and a dryer. The staircase leads to a beautiful loft, where the 3 other bedrooms and another bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and bath are located. All bedrooms are equipped with Auping beds.

Above is a cot for the little ones ready. Maximum 2 pets are welcome. What makes the home so unique is its location. Near the beach, surrounded by a beautiful garden with complete privacy and no traffic around the house. The house has a spacious veranda with a retractable roof, a nice dining table and a lounge set where you can enjoy long summer evenings and a drink. Ultimate enjoyment!

This holiday villa is ideally located in Ouddorp. Within a 1 minute walk you are on the beach and in the dunes. Around the corner you will find the supermarket where you can get your daily groceries and fresh rolls. The house is suitable for children. You can let them cavort in the large garden, or at the nearby playground. By car, you are in the center of Ouddorp in 10 minutes. Around the corner are several restaurants (including the well-known Paal 10 restaurant), where you can enjoy food when you do not want to cook.
